I'm needing help with a formula. We have a list of employees with an anniversary date. I'm trying to write a formula that will take the same month and day, but put it to the current year. So for example, cell P4 shows an anniversary date of January 29, 1996. What I would like to do in cell R4 is show the current year anniversary date. Which would be January 29, 2018. How can I do that where this is automatically putting in 2018 as the year? I would like to do this so there is nothing we need to change when its 2019.
