    Unhappy getting back # of days including half days

    In the attached spreadsheet I need column F to calculate full and half days. Right now the formula calculates the number of days from start date to end date, but we also have half day occurrences. I would like to show this -

    If Column E is "half" I want .5 to show
    If column E is any other type of leave I want it to count the number of days between the start date and end date (the formula currently in Column F). Please help

    Put in F4 and copy down.

    You must also modify the formatting of column F to be General, or the 0.5 will show rounded to 1 (currently you have Number with 0 decimal places).
