I've created a spreadsheet that has a function to create a new row at the top of the sheet. This row will always be row 5. These tabs get their info from the main sheet.

Here is the main tab. Values put in column B and C and columns J and K are sent to these other tabs which is fine and everything calculates correctly.

Problem i'm having is on the main tab(photo above), column T (difference prev week) should always be V6 (=AUD!V6)of the other tab.
When i press the new row on the tabs then the main tab changes the formula down one row to =AUD!V7.
How do i make this static that its always =AUD!V6?
