Countifs using Month and Year

Please help me to get the count using Month and Year. I have a range with dates.

Try this in F3:

=COUNTIFS($A$2:$A$183,">="&("1"&$E3&$E$2)+0,$A$2:$A$183,"<="&EOMONTH(("1"&$E3&$E$2)+0,0),$B$2:$B$183,F$2)
