Filter scrambles my checkboxes

Hi all,

I've a pretty basic spreadsheet, three text columns, two with checkboxes, then another text. Trouble is, when I apply a filter to one of the text columns, my checkboxes don't line up with the same entries. they go back when I put the filter to the original, but as I'm entering data while filtered, they don't stay with the right entry. They also seem to stack and disappear if I sort to only show some entries.

I've checked the forums and made sure "move but don't size with cells" is checked. (Move and size with cells is greyed out for some reason)
