Formula to calcalute total cost with criteria

I suck at formulas...
In attached file...I require the following:
Sum D6:D11
+
Sum D12*C5
+
If D13 > 0 then D13 * total of above
then
total of above * D14 to get answer currently in D16

Shouldn't it be 43.61? If so,
=SUM(D6:D11,D12*C5)*(1+D13)*(1+D14)

Which im sure does what you've asked but gets a massively different answer of R36.5?#

I can see it now but have to blame the original requirements being poorly written as (D13 * Total above) is not the same as (increase the Total above by the percentage in D13).
