    How to update Overall Project Status by formula

    Hi,

    I need help. Once the all "Project Status" is completed then all "Overall Project Status" are completed otherwise it is blank

    Lots of ways to do this. Here's one:

    =IF(COUNTIF($G$2:$G$24,"Completed")=ROWS($G$2:$G$24),"Completed","")

    In H2 then dragdown.

    =IF(G2="Completed","Completed","")
    Pl note
    Array formula should be confirmed with Ctrl+Shift+Enter keys together.
    If answere is satisfactory press * to add reputation.
