Looking for a spreadsheet for Excel Formulas & Functions.

I sure hope I can boldly go forth and ask this question...........would love for anybody (that is a nut like me for Excel spreadsheets) to share their formula and function spreadsheet. Would be with explanations for each character used. Anyone sharing? Thanks in advance.
