change cell font to strikethrough on another sheet based on cell color

I have several sheets that feed a final sheet however once the final sheet is sorted and updated if the cell has no background color (if needed I could make them red) I want to update the other sheets to change the font to strikethrough a corresponding cell.
    Example:
Score sheet row D3 is green and D4 has no fill (can color if needed) since D4 has no fill you then go to Sheet 2 (table 2) E53 and format the text to strikethourgh

I know it should be something like IF D3 = ??? then Table 2!E53???

There is not a built-in function in Excel that tells you whether a cell has fill color. What you are describing requires a macro, unless you are using conditional formatting to fill D4. How are you deciding whether or not you should add fill color to D4?

Please attach a sample file to show what you are doing. The paper clip icon does not work for attachments. Instead, under the text box where you type your reply click the Go Advanced button. On the next screen scroll down and click on Manage Attachments, which will show a pop-up window to Select and Upload a file. Then close the window.

The fill is partly done by a macro based on the top 40% it changes it to green (good) formatting then if a user buys back in the person fills the color to yellow.
So if the user is not green or yellow then I want the filed on the other screen to have strikthrough formatting.

Then your macro should also do the strikethrough formatting. The default formatting should be strikethrough, then if the macro chagnes it to green or yellow, it removes the strikethrough.
