Calculate total hours

Hi...Please see attached.

I am trying to calculate total hours of work for a sporting season. If you go to cells B19 and C19 you will see a formula i have. This was working fine until i decided to add in more information to cell B36, B52, B68 etc...(In brackets is the total of hours worked for those two weeks). Would it be possible to somehow still read the cells minus the part i have in brackets?

or another option...calculate groups of 7 rows.

So calculate row B21:B27, B29:B35, etc...

Perhaps if you are consistent with your typing of the total hours

=SUMIF($A$21:$A$308,"<>Total Hours =",$B$21:$B$308)
