Finding if two different cells match down in a column

Is there a way to find out (not using concatenate) if a truck and its associated date exist further down in the columns?

For example: Truck 73 has a date of 01/01/2018 (and is duplicated at the bottom). What formula can I use to determine if that is duplicated down further in the columns?
