Help with creating an easy to use activity log

Need help with creating an activity log on a sheet that also includes a timestamp feature

If you look at the attached excel sheet at cell B17 i have the format for set up for the activity log.

Not sure if its better/easier to have a data entry form or use macros to create a button and cells to input the data.

Creating a UserForm is a personal preference. It will require a little more code to accomplish.

Using your existing format is just as easy. The formula you will want to include in D20 (then copy down the column) is : =IF(D20<>"",NOW(),"")

You will want to format Col D for the TIME FORMAT you prefer. Highlight all the affected cells in Col D ... Right click and select FORMAT CELLS. Then, under TIME, select the
type of TIME format you want to see.
