    IF new high (extra variable)

    Another complicated query coming up!

    I'm looking to apply a secondary condition to the formula in WL4.

    The perfect result of this is "Real E" in WM4

    Real E = The condition in WL4 is met, & a new high hasn't been formed

    i.e. (in the example below) because a new high was formed (1 place above), & WI3 hasn't been "touched", "Real E" moves up 1 place

    I know I haven't explained that too well!! So if you need clarification on anything please lemmi know!
