    1234 Sydney
    5678 Melbourne
    1234 Pyrmont
    5678 Flinders

Sheet 2 - Incorrect Postcode and Suburb name
    Postcode Suburb Name

Is Sheet 1 correct? What is correct name of, i.e, 1234, Sydney or Pyrmont?

Is sheet2 incorrect? So do you want correct suburb name from sheet 1 to sheet 2?

Try to split to "before" and "after" data to make it sense.

May be try to add more info like this:

    Sheet 1 - correct data
    Postcode ----Name----Surburb(Y/N)
    --------- --------------
    1234 ----Sydney----No
    5678 ----Melbourne----No
    1234 ----Pyrmont-----Yes
    5678 ----Flinders----Yes

Then use LOOKUP(2,...) with 2 criteries to match the name

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
