EXCEL Formula - How to populate additional field from Conditional Formatting

    Hi,

So my problem is.. I have conditional formatting on Column A (Duplicate Value turn Red). However when I add a new duplicate I want it to automatically populate with what is filled out in column B for that duplicate. For the attached image, it should automatically populate with passport. Thanks.
