Lookup Formula That Will Only Return a "Yes" if all its Attributes are the Same

    Hi Excel Forum Members,

This is a request for a formula that would reside in column C, that would perform a lookup function by Project No. in column B against the Project No.'s in column E.
When the formula finds a Project No. match in column E, it then will look at the Fund No. in column F that are related to the Project No. in column E.
Then the formula will perform a check that only Project No.'s that only have a matching Fund No., such as DDD, will return a "Yes" and all other Project No.'s related to a mix of Fund No.'s will return a "No".

Please see the attachment below for the example sheet.

    Thank You,
    Garrett

Custom format C2 with: "Only Contains Fund "@ and use data validation in C2 with the list of Proj #'s
