convert amount in word

Hi their, this is the amount 236450 , I want to convert it like that "TWO LAC THIRTY SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY ONLY"
this is only example i want every amount which i entered convert in to word
so please give me formula or vba code

hello john topley your solution is fine working, but one small change i want in that , this "RUPEES" word appearing in starting i dont want that word, so how can remove this word in VBA code please tell me.
