First, second and third smallest unique value in Excel

I am trying to solve a problem I have with displaying numbers from a column/table in numerical order into another table and only displaying the unique numbers.

The numbers indicate positions for training purposes. If an individual has multiple 1 and 2's in their column, I would like to display only 1 & 2 in a table, if an individual has multiples of numbers, 2, 3 & 4, the table should show that individual only needs to look at positions 2, 3, & 4.

Each column could show multiples of the same number, but I only want display any particular number in the table once.

I have tried a number of different formulas and arrays without success. I hope that somebody will be able to help me with my issue. See Position & Training Tables below.
