    Vlookup with several criteria

    Hello everyone,

I am trying to write a formula that will encompass two criterias and I was hoping if you could help me.

In the first table I have the following data:

I want to write a formula that will look into this table below and provide a grade to the first table

    Thanks for your help

    Re: Vlookup with several criteria

Attach a sample workbook (not image).so that we do not have to manually key in your data to do a testing.

Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate.

Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

    In C15

    =INDEX($D$7:$F$9,MATCH(C$13,$C$7:$C$9,0),MATCH(C$14,$D$6:$F$6,0))

    copy across
