If the employee work for 12 months and if employee work for 11 months then different target dates.
12 Months Working Employees 11 Months Working Employees
>357 <349 90-100% <319 >327 90-100%
>345 <348 80-89% <315 >318 80-89%
>341 <344 70-79% <311 >314 70-79%
>300 <340 50-60% <270 >310 50-60%
<300 20% >270 20%
10 Months Working Employees
>296 <288 90-100%
>287 <284 80-89%
>283 <280 70-79%
>279 <239 50-60%
<239 20%
change your tables.
1. go from small to large
2. Remove the < and > signed
Then use index/match/match
