Conditionally Format Cells that are different

I have cells in 2 columns that contain an Age in years.

I want to highlight cells that have different numbers in the 2 columns, ie. one of the ages is not correct.

I have set up this conditional format rule but it highlights the error correctly in Column F, but highlights the entire column DH.

Can you see what I need to change?
