Format Increase/Decrease Sign so it is at the far right of the cell

I have have a formula to show the increase or decrease forllowed by a symbol for the increase or decrease



I would like to know how to set a custom format so that the symbol is formatted neatly or to the far right of the cell

There are icon sets in conditional formatting that do this job if you like.

Please let me know how to incorporate these in my formula to show the increase or decrease per my attached sample data

I don't know much about them either but quickly made was is attached.
