Sumifs with multiple criteria from one cell

I need a sumifs formula that will work with multiple criteria from the one cell (seperated by commas) with the same criteria range.

I have a schedule with prices and I need to map to variable pay items at differing times.

Is there anyway to build a sumifs formula, that can use text from one cell seperated by commas.
