Monthly payroll calculation

I create 3 sheets in this payroll file.
on Payroll in Jun-18, The cell H6 has set up the formula correctly but I want to look up the employee name from employee data sheet and set up the MPF contribution is 5% only if working period is more than 60 days. so where should the Vlookup put in this formula? in front of IF or after?
