Formula to get percentage ratio of two numbers

Hello,

So I have two columns. The first one is the number of units and the other is the quality of these units. I need to sort my list in a way that the first column would be from highest to lowest number and the second column from lowest to highest. But I don't want to sort them separately. This sorting should be related between the two columns. Probably a formula that would output some kind of a ratio between the two columns and sort it out in that way. Not sure if I've described my problem clearly :D

Have you tried sorting under 2 levels?

No, I haven't, and that helped, thanks! But I have another column called the 'Unit name'. I need to sort this column together with the others. But I want the 'Unit name' column to be sorted randomly and not by A -> Z or Z -> A
