I need to maintain my daily food intake at a 40/40/20 (fat/protein/carb) ratio. I keep a daily journal of what I eat each day listing the fat, protein and carb amounts of each food. Then I have a grand total for the day.
What formula will tell me the daily ratio of 40/40/20 of fat, protein and carbs? I am quite the newb and apologize for not stating the question well. I use Excel 2003 and Windows 7.
