Formula to identify the result column base on the given criteria (I,e month)

Hope you can help me again.


I'm currently doing a dashboard where i need to summarize the figures based on the given criteria (including month) however my problem right now is my sum range (months) are in horizontal form.
I'm thinking to use INDEX+MATCH but no clue on how to show the result (column).
