Looking to create a formula that copies data from a range of cells

I have a price list that I use to price up a list of kit onto a costing sheet.

I want to be able to fill in the price list with the quantity of each item required and have this automatically generated on a separate workbook.

I need this to be able to work over a range of cells across a couple of workbook tabs.

Any idea how this can be done?

Thank you, however I am hoping for the costing sheet to be populated when entering the quantity.

Example:

If I input a "1" into cell "E3" on workbook "Sample A" the "Costing Sheet" will then be populated with the relevant data that correlates to each column.

If I then input a "4" into cell "E8" on workbook "Sample B" the "Costing Sheet" will then be populated with the relevant data on the row directly below the above.
