Indicator in data to show multiple instances using rules

Hi guys

so I have a spreadsheet. It has Supplier Name, and Legal Entity as columns. Some Suppliers appear on more than one legal entity. I want to be able to show only those Suppliers which appear more than once across different entities.
However the Supplier can appear multiple times across the same entity, so it's not a case of looking at any Supplier appearing more than once.

Supplier is in Column E and Legal Entity is in Column G

I was hoping there would be a cool whizzy formula like an IF that says if there is more than one value in Column G for value in Column E, then show "Y", else "".
