    Question Multiple Conditional Formatting Rules

    I am trying to set up multiple conditional formatting rules so that if any checkbox for Tested, Plan or Script for Part A is checked then Part A cell will turn Red. If two of the Tested, Plan or Script checkboxes are checked then Part A cell will turn Yellow and if all 3 checkboxes are checked then Part A cell will turn Green.

    I have the following rules created in Conditional Formatting but I can only get the Part A cell to turn Red. The Yellow and Green rules don't seem to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

    RED =IF(COUNTIF($B$4:$D$4,TRUE),TRUE,FALSE)
    YELLOW =IF(OR(COUNTIF($B$4:$D$4,TRUE),COUNTIF($B$4:$D$4,TRUE)),TRUE,FALSE)
    GREEN =IF(OR(COUNTIF($B$4:$D$4,TRUE),COUNTIF($B$4:$D$4,TRUE)),TRUE,FALSE)
