Extract lines of text from an e-mail chain and paste them in Excel

I'm a new member of the forum and I could not find an answer to my problem yet. Here it is:

There is a mailchain containing a questionnaire and answers like this:

What could be done to avoid the issue from reoccurring?

I want to extract the answers to cells in Excel automatically.

Is it possible to create a formula or VBA code to do this? Hope you can help.

thank you for the reply. What about the Category line? It does not have "?" and was not extracted. What would happen if the answer is on 2 or more lines?
