powery query join method instead of index match

I have workbook with 2 sheet merge and report .

So far using sumproduct and with index and match is fine.

But trying with power query I have achieved the expected results on sheet report .My issue is how use powerquery to join report sheet column E itemised to merge sheet column E based on criteria column A, B ,C.
