Excel Survey with Radio Buttons

Hello everyone

i am looking to create a survey on excel that will allow me to get feedback from people

i have attached the file as an example

i am using Radio buttons as each answer can be scored from 1 to 5
each answer can only have 1 choice.
i need to have a total for each column

Select one of the option buttons and right click. Choose Format object and set the Linked cell.
Repeat for the other group of buttons.

You can now use formula to work on the result of each group.

tried it but it doesn't work, i don't get the values that i need

The example gives you total of those selecting.

What values did you want or expected?
