Turning a percentage round to show the remaining percentage

Hi

Hope you can help with 2 things:

I have a column showing spend variance (between budget set and what has been spent) - so will state 0.95 to show 95% has been spent. However, I need to show that there is 5% left to spend. I can do this by having a column to covert the 0.95 x 100 to get the 95.48 and then another column to do 100-95.48 to get the percentage remaining - 4.54%. However, is there a way to get this in one formula from the 0.95?

Secondly - is there a way to use just two different traffic light symbols (green and red) to show the positive and negative figures rather than the different conditional formatting which just displays the numbers in a different colour (red and green)?

Perfect - thanks so much. I now have exactly what I need - simple when you know how! Didn't realise that to convert the 0.05 into 5%, just needed to change the format to percentage.
