Time Stamp Based on Drop Down List

    Dear All,

Please allow me to ask you how to create a time stamp which will be based on the drop down list.

I would like to change date and time in column 'E' only when I do some changes in column 'D' only. I would like to see something like per column 'B'. I attached my spread sheet in working progress for your use.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Best regards,

    Jan

Right Click on your sheet name at the bottom of excel and select view code

Paste this code into the module that opens and close it.

If you want date stamps in all of column D then use this code instead.

Re: Time Stamp Based on Drop Down List

    Dear Mehmetcik,

Further to your helpful response I came across with the issue which I cannot deal with.

When I open the spreadsheet it gives me an error saying ''There are one or more circular references where a formula refers to its own cell either directly or indirectly. This might cause them to calculate incorrectly. Try removing or changing these references, or removing the formulas to different cells.''

Is it something you can help/advice with?

The spreadsheet is to big to attach it here, therefore please follow the link to the file:

    Kind regards,

    Jan
