How to calculate % Completed over a range of cells

Hello, i have a small degree of excel experience but trying to calculate a % over a range of cells, removing the formula or calculation when cells that show N/A are not counted in the total number or range.

I have attached a small worksheet,i hope for all to see- where you will see the range of cells; B5:E9
    from the 20 cells within the range - 4 = N/A

What is the formula to calculate the % of the range to include the range of N/A cells but not include in the % overall, that shows Completed as that is number i would like.

I hope you understand my text... hoping the forum can help me.

    Thank you Michael

So... do you want the no of "completed", expressed as a % of the number of cells that are not N/A???

    =COUNTIF($B$5:$E$9,"Completed")/(20-COUNTIF($B$5:$E$9,"N/A"))

formatted as % will do that.
