Dependent Numerical Listing

Hi folks,

I've been stuck on this and need help. I've looked everywhere and not confident I'm searching for what I need:

I need to create a numerical list with 3 columns of numbers.

Source Data looks like this

SheetA

What I want to create on another sheet is a full list of Months for each Store and for each product so the result would look like this...

I am stumped on a formula to use in each column on Sheet B to give a unique Month with a unique Store and a unique product in sequential order.

I was able to get Store and Product working fine using these 2 formula in column B & C respectively:

=ROUNDUP((ROW()-2)/LARGE(SheetA!C:C,1),0) in column B
=(ROW()-2)-(LARGE(SheetA!C:C,1)*(B2-1)) in column C

I can't get the month to work into this layout in Column A in Sheet B
Any help will be appreciated.
