i have 6 level of data set with sub categories for each of the as sample below.
tree listing for data validation.xlsx
defined names are not allowed with spaces. so i could not list the level data for tree listing which is for data validation into another sheet. In another sheet i should have 6 level list from which i have to select data accordingly from drop down list. how to list the data now. Any help from the expert would help me a lot to learn something about tree listing.

As i mentioned i want it like tree listing not just simply arranging it and listing. when the data selected from level1, it has to take the corresponding data alone as in the arrangement. (as in sample attachment)
