Change referencing these to referencing those by changing this.

Hello

I'm trying to figure out how have cells reference other cells and quickly change them all. I have an excel workbook which is going to easily have over 200 sheets (one for each piece of equipment) One sheet will have all the information on and will be called Asset Register. A second will have a "map" of where everything is which then hyperlinks to the individual sheets of each piece equipment. Each equipment sheet will then have some information from the asset register sheet.

Equipment Name
Asset Number
Location
Tool Number

So for example

Equipment Name will be =Asset_Register!G3
Asset Number will be =Asset_Register!A3
Location Will be =Asset_Register!C3
Tool Number will be =Asset_Register!D3

The next tool will be the same but G7, A7 and so on. Is there a way I can have another cell that just has a 3 or a 7 in it and use that to change which cell is referenced to? Just so they can be very quickly altered. Please let me know if this needs clarification.
