Simple Buy Order Formula!

Hi excelers,
Being trying to develop a simple Buy order sheet for hours now!!!!

IF "BUY" appears, hold price until limit price is reach.
Hard to explain you need to see attached sheet...

Any suggestions is welcome and please keep your formula as simple as possible as it will be used on massive data sets) thx

This will need further explanation. I looked at the attached file, and it doesn't help much with explaining the desired outcome. Thanks!

IF "BUY" appears, hold price until limit price is reach.

Note, overlaying BUY signal should be ignored, until the first Buy reaches its limit.

its what we call in finance as a target or limit profit (exit order).

I would like to help you and I'm sure others would too, but you need to be much more clear with what exactly you are trying to accomplish here. This is (I believe), why you are not getting responses. The problem is most likely a quite simple one to solve, but I do not understand what exactly needs to happen. Please be clear and specific.
