    Wink Slip Range into Thirds?

    Hi excelers,
    I am struggling with a formula; which slips a data-set range into equal thirds (by simply averaging each part).
    Also the range size (window) is controlled by a value from 3-60 enter in column B2 (using a INDEX function?)
    I have attached a sheet with examples of what I am trying to achieve?

    Please note, as the last 3/3 can't to slip evenly it overlaps to get its average (can this be done?).
    This should happen with uneven 1/3 slipping. I hope it is possible to achieve a solution here any suggestions would be grateful*

    For example 3:
    Please try at G1 drag down to G3 and change B1 to see result
    =AVERAGE(OFFSET($A$1,ROUND((ROWS(A$1:A1)-1)*B$1/3,0),,ROUND(B$1/3,0)))
