Formula for month and Quarter

Hi,

I need help with the attached file.

I need to find a rating for each month and the score would change if the whole quarter is completed as per criteria below.

Criteria for Rating(Column F)if Coumn C is:

1- Zero Non-Compliance | Non Participation for the Quarter
2 -Zero Non-Compliance | Non Participation for the Month
3 -> 1 Non-Compliance | Non Participation for the Month

In G2, your desired result is 3, but according to your logic as written in Columns K and L, a rating of 3 requires >1 non-compliance, but C2 is 0 ??

I completely agree with you. that should have been a 2 given the criteria and criteria.
