I WANT TO DEFINE AGEING RULE AS BELOW IN ONE FORMULA. PLEASE HELP.

0-3 Months
4-6 Months
7-9 Months
10-12 Months
2 Yrs

4 Yrs
5 Yrs
6 Yrs
7 Yrs
