Multiple Time Filter Counting

Hello,
I'm trying to make a summary sheet "Periods" where I want to show how many orders I did in certain periods.
I have sheets for every day and I would like to check every sheet with the times B3:C8 in period sheet.
For example if i had one order on September 1st between 7am and 11am and 5 between 12:31pm and 2:30pm then there shoule be a a 1 for Breakfast and a 5 for Late lunch in the 9/1/2018 row. It would be also great if we could separate regular orders and VO orders . Regular Orders are just numbers in column a for all the daily sheets.

how many orders per day?
it'd be most efficient to put all days in one table with a column "date"

Yes i need to find out how many orders by day in a specific time. For example in the lunch tab we looking for all orders delivered before time filter in "M12". I would like to have kinda the same thing just with the difference that i need multiple start an end times. I tried to modify the lunch tab but couldn't figure it out .

I figured it out, I added helper columns on each day table to count whats in the time frames.
