Dependent Drop Down

I am trying to create a dependent drop down menu based on a large list of Manufacturers and Models. In my current version, I use named ranges, which I find cumbersome, since adding new models to the list requires that I insert them into the named range. Attached is a spreadsheet with a small sampling of the data I am working with
