You have 2 sets of drop downs for "AOP Goal Casc" and "YTD". Which ones do you wan to use? Also, in which cell do you want the result to be displayed?

OK, that's fine but you haven't said where you want to place the data from the left side defined table. In which cells do you want to return the "Reference" and "Loading" values?

Cell "L9" is Reference value and the Cell "L10" is Leading value

Apart from anything else, it's a Saturday!!! Most people around the globe will not be working. Here in the UK it's not even midday, in Australia it's the evening and in the US they are only just beginning to get up. For goodness' sake, exercise a little bit of patience!
