Probably a very simple one to solve, but I can't crack it.
I have the following columns:
- Mitigation Date
- Close Date
- Status
- Overdue?
I want to create an IF function that combines the following statements:
If 'Mitigation Date' is before Today() and 'Close Date' is blank, show "Yes", otherwise show "No"
If 'Mitigation Date' is before 'Close Date', show "Yes", otherwise show "No"

No cell references specified so I'll assume the following, adjust as necessary
A1 - Mitigation Date
B1 - Close Date
C1 - Status
D1 - Overdue?
=IF(OR(AND(A1 < TODAY(),B1=0),AND(A1 < B1,A1<>0)),"Yes","No")
