Adding to a formula

Hi Guys

I work with a spreadsheet for annual leave but the one thing I can't seem to get is when for example I use my total leave and end up with a minus I don't know what to add to the formula so it will show a minus x amount of hours.

Excel does not like negative time values. It will fill the cell with ##### when that happens.

If you have a legitimate need for negative times, then use this formula. Replace yourformula with your entire formula shown in your screenshot.

This will be fine for display but you won't be able to do arithmetic on it.

By the way, taking a screenshot, pasting into Word, then attached Word is a really roundabout way of doing things. Next time just attach your Excel file. Then we can test formulas.
