adding formula into cell when using formula within quoatation marks

Hi All

This is just basic coding, i assume a "" is out of place in the second line or something but i'm not seeing it or maybe it shouldnt be .formula??

I get Run-time error '1004': application defined or object-defined error

i click debug and the line goes yellow

I will also add...I've double checked the names of the work sheets and they are correct...

If I wrote the coding like this - it does insert the formula but obviously wont work as 'lastrow' isnt identified
