Hello all,
I am not very versed at Excel and have come a long way since starting this workbook. I have been set back a few times when working out the best way to go about getting the data I need correct and easily entered. What I'm trying to do is create a piecework workbook that does the following:
Enter time worked per pay period per part worked
Pay bonus per piece > quota
Pay bonus 2 per piece > set number above quota
Incentive to scale from .25 to 80 hours
I have created worksheets for both a VLOOKUP as well as one that is just formula based with tables to control the bonus and quota.
Any help on this would be much appreciated as I have spent many hours thinking I had it done only to find that something doesn't work right when the hours reported are small.
